Paul Lambert orangutan minister costume from Planet of the Apes, mounted on a custom display mannequin. (TCF, 1968) Complete orangutan costume consisting of an original jacket, pants and brown shirt with Western Costume labels sewn in, worn by Paul Lambert as the minister presiding over the ape funeral during the Charlton Heston escape sequence.

The costume is mounted on a flexible mannequin, and the head is cast in silicone from the original molds of the actor's facial appliances, completed with prosthetics-grade glass eyes and hand-punched human hair.

A fantastic, museum-quality display of an original Planet of the Apes costume.
